table_io_waits_summary_by_index_usage — index usage
What it does on MariaDB
The same query analysis as MySQL
Digest-based grouping, prioritisation and Safe EXPLAIN all apply to MariaDB, with no separate install or configuration.
InnoDB and lock visibility
Buffer pool behaviour, row lock waits and deadlocks appear in the same panels.
Replication tracking
Replica lag and applier state are tracked; disconnects and reconnects land on the timeline.
Minimum privileges required
The baseline is read-only and safe to grant in production.
Prerequisites
·my.cnf: performance_schema = ON (not dynamic, restart required)
·No separate grant is needed for information_schema
·SUPER or SYSTEM_VARIABLES_ADMIN are not required
